D S Aggarwal is the Founder of our firm. D S Aggarwal is a fellow member of the Institute. He started this firm in 2012.

He specializes in Advisory Practice in the area of Direct Taxation and regularly represents significant clients before the Income tax Authorities including Income Tax Appellate Tribunal. He is also engaged in Direct Tax/Indirect Tax Compliance for Individuals, Partnership Firms, and Companies. He has good experience in handling International taxation as well.

Besides the advisory roles, he also leads Attestation Functions and Assurance Services practice. He holds various Certification- Certification on Concurrent audit of banks, Certification on Corporate Social Responsibility, Certification on Fraud and Forensics.

NISHA SUYAL AGGARWAL-PARTNER
FCA, B.com (H), ISA, Dip IFR (ACCA)

Nisha joined our Firm in 2014. Before that, she has worked with BDO India and Deloitte USI office. Under her leadership our firm has grown to be a full service firm. She has served both national and international clients. She has specialization in auditing large Indian organizations and multinational companies operating in India across a cross section of industries including

Energy, oil & gas, information technology, Steel, automotives, NBFCs, Investment Management and Banks. Nisha has also handled assurance and compliance aspect of public offerings. She has lead Group reporting assignments/yearly audit based on US GAAP, IFRS, German GAAP and Other GAAPs. Her well rounded professional experience including tax advisory has also enabled her to help clients in structuring investments/ wealth planning.

She holds Diploma in International Financial Reporting from ACCA, UK and Certification on Information System Audit (ISA) from ICAI. She is pursuing Certified Fraud Examiners from ACFE, US. Nisha is a frequent speaker at General Management and Communication Skills (GMCS) Classes and Orientation Program organized by the ICAI.

Monika Mokha - Partner I B. Com, ACA, MBA

Monika is with us from beginning of 2016. Before joining D S Aggarwal & Co. as a Partner, she has worked with brands - ATS & Accenture. She is a Partner based out of Noida office.

She carries experience in Analysis of Financial Statements, Tax advisory and compliances, Assurance Services, Attestation and Management Consultancy.
